About Melanie's Office

Melanie has operated this office in North Windham for over 5 years and been in the industry for nearly 10. She holds a Business Management degree from the University of Southern Maine. She is also a student of the AICPCU studying currently for her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation. One of the highest designations in the property & casualty insurance field. Studying for her CPCU, she keeps up-to-date on the newest insurance information, laws¹ and products.

Melanie is dedicated to the local community. She belongs to the Sebago Chamber of Commerce and strives to help her community by working in conjunction with local fire and police departments by offering free safety coloring books for fire safety events in schools, and by offering child seat safety check and child identity theft days with Safe Kids Maine and local police departments, where parents can quickly ensure their child seats are safely installed and also have their children fingerprinted with MetLife Auto & Home's Child Identity Theft Kit.

TIKE stickers are given out for every car seat. The stickers provide essential information when responding emergency personnel are unable to communicate with an adult injured in the vehicle.

To help keep our teens safe we offer teen driver help with booklets on teen driving and teen driving DVDs.

Child identity kits, TIKE stickers, and teen driver information can be obtained by anyone in the community without charge by contacting Melanie.
