About Melanie

Melanie Hare has been in the insurance industry since 2001.  She is a proud member of the Sebago Lake Region Chamber of Commerce. She also is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.  She carries a degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Maine.  To keep up to date on the latest insurance information, she has taken many courses to make sure she has the best available information and skills to give to our customers. 

Melanie Hare is also dedicated to the community.  MetLife Auto & Home offers a variety of programs at no cost to parents/guardians and families.  Working with the company, Melanie facilitates the provision of the company's teen driver information and education materials, fire safety education materials (in conjunction with local fire departments), and TIKE stickers to help emergency workers in the event of car crashes.  She also can provide MetLife Auto & Home's child identity kits for parents/guardians to help police in the event a child got lost or were abducted.  Information about these programs can be obtained by either calling or stopping by her office.
 

A native Mainer, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband in the great outdoors.  She enjoys fishing, camping, and hiking.  She also enjoys spending time gardening and playing piano in the evenings.
